The Time for Action is Now | RedState

Hat tip RedState. This is definitely something we can get behind. This balance budget amendment with spending restrictions as a % of GDP is long overdue. The time has come for this bold, responsible move.

Herman Cain- "A Real Black Man May Run Against Barack Obama"

Herman Cain throwing hay-makers at the President while defending Sarah Palin and Michele Bachmann. I have to admit, I would LOVE to see HC debate Obama.

Mark Levin

Who listened to Mark Levin last night? Didn't you just love Bula's call? She made a great point, the elderly can and do more than their fair share to push the Conservative movement forward. God bless you Bula!

Cantor: 'Time is up' on budget - UPI.com

Do you think the GOP has done enough to frame the budget debate? Does the American public realize the liberal controlled House, Senate and Executive branch failed to pass a 2011 budget, putting the current members in this position? As Mike Pence said, "it's time to pick a fight."

Fred Barnes: Republicans Are Winning the Budget Fight - WSJ.com

From The Wall Street Journal: Fred Barnes sounds more like a guy trying to keep and attain power rather than a guy trying to save the country. We've been pushing off acting like responsible adults long-enough, Fred. Mark Levin needs to address this fraudulent strategy!

“Drill, Brazil, Drill,” Obama Says | The Foundry: Conservative Policy News.

Hat-tip The Heritage Foundation. We've all known about Obama's domestic drilling stance and the Soros/Gavin Newsome relationship with Brazil, but to read about it in print, really hammers home this message. He is doing everything to prevent the US from being self-sustaining.

President Ronald Reagan: "If necessary, we shall do it again."

We still have not heard from President Obama.....Please see Ronald Reagan for clarity, focus, resolve, American leadership.

Obama: Americans have right to know when we debate and engage in major f...

How many times must we point out the lack of leadership? How many times must we point out the lack of consistency in his own remarks? Do the American people realize how incoherent his positions on Libya have been? (of course followers of this page are well aware!)

Maher

2 bimbos? How do individuals like Maher 1) have an audience and 2) have a net worth over $23MM? Disgusting.

Well put Sarah Palin. RIP Ms. Ferraro.

» Gov. Walker’s Legislation Has Unions Caving Already - Big Government

Stunning how real compromise has real effects on local and state budgets. Governor Walker's so-called "bold" legislation is what should become the norm and not the "extreme".

Pelosi

Just a reminder of what fingernails across a chalkboard sound like. "This is not a way to run a government or a business [on a week to week basis]. Democrats have long fought for fiscal responsibility as a top priority of this Congress. We won't go into that history now."

Of course Nancy, why would go into it now? Maybe because the last Congress you presided over was the biggest spender and biggest in-debtor this nation has ever seen. And Obama and the Dem Congress "saved" or created jobs from day 1? As an accountant, I'd love to audit that fuzzy math.

Sarah Palin 2012?

1) Should Sarah Palin run in 2012 given the lack enthusiasm behind any other potential candidate....and if so 2) Is it a good idea for her to be skipping this debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library?

Quote of the Day

‎"Your stubbornness in trying to ignore the last election and protect the broken status quo is truly shameful. While we wait for you and your colleagues to finally show up, Senate Republicans continue to stand ready to do the job we were elected to do, here in Wisconsin. I hope you are enjoying your vacation, and your vacation from reality." GOP WI Senate majority leader Scott Fitzgerald

House GOP's $61 Billion Spending Cuts in Perspective

When you put it all in perspective, even Republican cut proposals are meaningless. It's time for America to grow up, act like adults, and make the tough decision: get government out of the business of being a bad business.
